A public meeting will be held from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 15, 2020, at the Gale Center (2601 Elm Street) to review the Feasibility Study and Business Plan for Recreational Facilities and Sports Tournaments draft plan. 

The draft plan will be presented from 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm and will include descriptions of the planning process, recreation and sports tourism market analysis, proposed improvements, economic impact of proposed improvements, and implementation strategies.  Following the presentation, key findings, diagrams and other supporting exhibits will be on display for review and comment.  All local COVID-19 policies related to public gatherings shall apply.
