The Hernando Farmers Market is getting ready for the upcoming 2021 season. Those interested in selling farm fresh foods, cottage food or acidified canned food items are required to take a General Food Safety Class.

Those who are interested is selling acidified canned food must also take an acidified food safety class before selling at the market. The  offers the class for FREE.
