The City of Hernando Human Resource Department is responsible for providing human resource support services to all city employees. Areas of responsibility include: 

    • Recruitment, selection and orientation of new employees 
    • Personnel administration 
    • Classification and salary administration 
    • Administration of employee benefits  

The Human Resources office is located inside Hernando City Hall, 475 West Commerce Street.
