Friday, November 12 at 6:00 pm join the Hernando Main Street Chamber of Commerce and city elected officials for the official Christmas Tree Lighting on the Town Square.  Mayor Chip Johnson will then read "The Night Before Christmas," to the children and at 6:30 bring your chairs for Family Movie Night.  The First Regional Library of Hernando is sponsoring Disney's " A Christmas Carol."  The night will be chilly so dress warm.  Coffee Central Squared and Side Alley's The Baker's Corner will be on-site selling hot cocoa, coffee, hot cider and other treats.
