6) Approve Minutes from the Regular Mayor and Board of Aldermen Meeting on 
February 21, 2023.

7) Consent Agenda

A) Approval of Recreational Instruction Volleyball Program Agreement with Relentless Volleyball Academy.
B) Approval to offer a City sponsored, intern-led and staff-directed wiffle ball program to fulfill internship program requirements. The proposed program will be played on Wednesdays at the Hernando Soccer Complex during April 5 to through May 3, 2023. A registration period will precede the start date.
C) Approval for the Friends of Hernando Sports to use the Hernando Soccer Complex on Friday, June 23rd, 2023 to host a movie night and used sporting goods consignment sale fundraiser.
D) Approval of agreement with Pinnacle Sports Productions Inc. to host a “3v3 Live” soccer tournament at the Hernando Soccer Complex on Saturday, July 15, 2023.
E) Approval for the Parks & Recreation Department Maintenance Staff to attend the 2023 MRPA District 1 Field Maintenance Workshop held in Oxford, MS on March 8th and pay registration fees.
F) Approval for Chief Shane Ellis and Deputy Chief Lanphere to attend FBI National Academy Associates Mississippi Chapter 2023 Spring Re-Trainer on April 13-14, 2023 in Gulfport, MS and pay for registration and travel.
G) Approval for L. Hall and H. Solomon to attend Firearms Instructor class at MELOTA Pearl, MS on April 9-10, 2023 and pay for registration, travel, and lodging.
H) Authorize to pay per diem and lodging for Lee Germany and Chris Lauderdale to attend Mississippi State GIS mapping training in Pearl MS on March 29th-30th. The classes are provided at no cost to the city.

10) Approval to accept a donation of professional services of $11,861.77 from AERC Architecture for the Animal Shelter Building.

11) Approval of Proclamation Honoring Sharon Stafford Walker.

12) PL-1693 Delta Landing PUD – Request to revise the PUD text on 251 acres. The subject property is located on the west side of McIngvale Road, south of Pleasant Hill in Section 31, Township 2, Range 7. Bob Dalhoff, representing the owner of the property. 

13) Approval of City Issued Credit Card Travel Policy Resolution.

14) Approval of MOU 23rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office and Participation Law Enforcement Agencies for forfeiture and seizures to be signed by Chief of Police.

15) Approval to surplus totaled Animal Control vehicle VIN #4892 and sell for scrap. A Ford Explorer will be utilized from PD for the remainder of the budget year.

17) Approval to accept the contract with 5th Pocket Skateparks Inc for the construction of Phase 2 of the Skatepark at Renasant Park with a contract price of $150,000.00 and for the Mayor to sign. The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks and the Federal Highway Administration approved $120,000.00 of reimbursable grant funds for the referenced trail project. 
Recreational Trails Program is an 80/20 matching percent. Federal funds will represent 80 percent of the total project agreement cost.

18) Authorization to purchase rights-of-way and contract to move utilities in accordance with MDOT Permit #2-23-17-51-0059 for the intersection improvements at Hwy 51 and West Oak Grove Road.
