6) Approve Minutes from the Regular Mayor and Board of Aldermen Meeting on 
March 21, 2023.

7) Consent Agenda

A) Authorize Mayor Johnson to sign the FY 2022 Continuing Disclosure Engagement Letter with Butler Snow.
B) Approval for C. Blair in the Police Department to attend Basic SRR Class on 6/5-6/9/2023 in Hernando and pay for $550.00 registration only.
C) Approval for Tony Ezell to attend the 2023 Class on Code on Construction and Code Principles on April 14, 2023 in Brandon, MS and to pay registration fee.
D) Approval to apply for an Entergy microgrant towards Movie in the Park in October and for Jared Barkley and/or Mayor Johnson to sign.
E) Approval to partner with Lobos Rush Soccer Club to host a soccer camp open to the community at the Hernando Soccer Complex on June 12-16, 2023 and for Jared Barkley to sign.
F) Approval for Ms. McNeel, 2nd Grade teacher at Walls Elementary School, to reserve the pavilion at Conger at no charge for a field trip.
G) Approval to close section of Old McIngvale & School Road for Marx-Bensdorf Bike Race on June 24, 2023 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

8) Approval to pay Cerberus for PA#9 in the amount of $50,124.28 for the Animal Shelter building construction. Pay request was not turned in by the Claims docket deadline.

9) Request to increase Transport Paramedic Pay Scale.
Transport Pay Scale is as follows:
Paramedic                                                    $22.58 Per Hour
Paramedic 2 (5 Years of Experience)          $23.26 Per Hour
       Paramedic 3 (10 Years of Experience)        $23.96 Per Hour

12) Authority for Mayor to sign contract with Waggoner Engineering for preliminary engineering services for the Nesbit Road Sidewalk project.

13) Appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission - PL-1673 Wade Inc Fence Variance Request for a variance of the allowable material of fence. The subject property is located on the south side of Commerce Street, west of Scott Road at 1985 Commerce Street in Section, Township 3, Range 8 David Floyd of Wade Inc. owner of the Property.

14) Appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission - PL-1700 Creekside Height Variance – Request for a variance to the allowable height of a building. The subject property is located on the north side of Creekside Blvd, east of McIngvale Rd and west of Mason Dr N in Sections 17, Township 3, and Range 7, Sam Patel, representing the owner.

15) Request to waive bonding requirement for required sidewalks and defer to construction for Mt. Pleasant and Riley Subdivision. PL-1674 Bob Barber, representing the application.
