In conjunction with the DeSoto County Earth Day Celebration and Hernando Farmers Market.  The Arts Festival will be held at the DeSoto Arts Council located at 2465 Highway 51 South and the south side of Panola Street behind the DeSoto Arts Council building. 

The Earth Day Celebration will take place on the Town Square.
