A) Approval for Cassi Perry to attend the MS Municipal Court Clerk Assoc. Leadership Conference in Oxford, MS on November 21-22, 2024 at no cost to the city.
B) Approval for Mayor Johnson, Scott Smith, adult chaperones, and Mayor’s Youth Council students to attend the MML Statewide Youth Leadership Summit (University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg) on 2/28 – 3/1/2025 and pay for travel, registration, and lodging.
C) Approval to enter into an agreement with the independent contractors below to lead instructional classes for Hernando Parks and Recreation during the winter programs for 2025. Jill Morris: Toddler Time, Move & Groove; Minerva Hannah: Conversación en español.
D) Approval to enter into an agreement with independent contractor, Teaera Harrell, to lead the new instructional class, Illustrating Stories: Animation Storyboarding for Beginners in summer 2025.
E) Approval for Desoto County Soil and Water Conservation District to use the Gale Center at no charge on February 4, 2025 to host 2025 North Mississippi Environthon training.

14) PL-1843 – Pleasant Hill Express C4 –Request for a rezoning from AR to C4. The subject property is located on the southwest corner of McIngvale and Pleasant Hill Road, specifically 933 Pleasant Hill Road in Section 30, Township 2, Range 7, Byron Houston, Representing the owner.
