6) Approve Minutes from the Regular Mayor and Board of Aldermen Meeting on 
April 2, 2024.

7) Consent Agenda

A) Approval for C Subia and H Harris to attend STORM Conference in Biloxi, MS on May 7-9, 2024 at no cost.
B) Approval for A Daly to attend Protect. Reduce. Prevent: Leadership Seminar on Missing & Exploited Children in Alexandria, VA on 6/10-13, 2024 at no cost.
C) Approval for W Bailey and H Porter to attend MASRO Conference in Biloxi, MS. on 7/6-7/12, 2024 and pay for lodging, registration, and travel expenses.
D) Approval for Hernando High School Volleyball team to use the Gale Center Lawn, 2601 Elm Street, on 5/18/24 (A’Fair ) to park cars for donations, as long as it is not raining or muddy.

10) Approval to transfer our F150 truck VIN # 1FTRF12278D69786 from Animal Control to Public Works.

11) Approval to enter into an agreement with Magnolia Wildlife to install a pollinator garden on the vacant front lawn at 2601 Elm Street.

12) Approval of LCWF Park grant application submission Resolution.

13) Approval to add a “for-profit fee” of $200 to be required at the time of reservation of an outdoor facility rental in order to charge any form of admission, sell concessions, or sell any other form of good and/or service on City property.

14) Approval for a new instructional class offering, Language Exchange Program.

15) Approval to enter into an agreement with Lobos Rush Soccer Club to hold a one-week camp at the Hernando Soccer Complex for the dates June 10-14-2024 & June 17-21-2024.  Open to the public for birth years 2018-2011. 

16) Approval for the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi (non-profit) to use the Gale Community Center at no cost for a meeting of nonprofits on Friday, June 21, 2024 from 8:30am to 1:30pm.

17) Approval to adopt the proposed rules below for City Park Playgrounds.
Playground Rules
• Equipment to be used at your own risk.
• Use caution as equipment may become hot.
• No smoking 
       Per City Ordinance Sec. 22-91
• Please use equipment appropriate for the child’s age.
• Adult supervision is recommended.
• No adults other than those accompanying children.
• Helmets, drawstrings, or other neck entanglements are not recommended.
• Appropriate footwear is recommended. 
• No animals, except for service animals.

18) Request for a waiver of the food truck regulations for a Charity Event at 2888 Gwynn Road for Apelah Foster Care.

19) Request to reduce the letter of credit for Compel Church.

20) PL-1785 Crestview Rezoning – request for rezoning of 49 acres from A to R15. The subject property is located on the west side of Keenlan Lane, south of Milam Lane in Section 8 Township 3 Range 7 Cory Brady, representing the owner. Request to be remanded back to the 5-14-24 Planning Commission meeting because of proposed changes to plan.
21) 1800 – 460 Byhalia Road – Request for a rezoning of 6.50 acres from R-6 to Office. The subject property is located east of Interstate 55, north side of Byhalia Road, in Section 7, Township 3, Range 7, RSS Properties, owner represented by Joe Lauderdale.

22) PL-1802 – Joy Health PUD Amendment – Request for a rezoning and preliminary development plan approval to amend the existing PUD for the Joy Health Rezoning The subject property is located on the north side of Holly Springs Road, east of McIngvale Road, in Section 17, Township 3, Range 7

23) PL-1803 – Ironwood PUD – Request for a rezoning and preliminary development plan approval for a PUD. The subject property is located on the north side of Green T Rd E, west side of McIngvale Rd, in Section 31 and 32, Township 2, Range 7. MST Development, owner

24) PL-1805 – Request for Final Plat Approval, Creekside Subdivision, Phase 2 1 Lots, 2.63 acres, located on the north side of Creekside Boulevard, east of McIngvale Road in Section 17, Township 3 South, Range 7 West.  The property is currently zoned in the “C-2,” Highway Commercial District. – Robbie Jones, with Jones Davis, representing Mark Anglin, the property-owner. 

25) PL-1806 – Request for Final Plat Approval, Hernando Hills Phase 2, First Revision, Reclassification of a Common Open Space Parcel, recently voted to sell by The City of Hernando. The Subject property is listed as Parcel # 307307070 0006000 located on the east side of Green T Blvd, north of Byhalia Road

26) Approval of an ordinance to allow golf carts on public streets.
