5) Approve Docket of Claims No.’s – 85763-66078

6) Approve Minutes from the Regular Mayor and Board of Aldermen Meeting on 
September 17, 2024.

7) Consent Agenda
A) Approval for Nesbit Sidewalk PE Contract Time extension.
B) Approval for McIngvale Overlay PE Contract Time extension. 
C) Authorize M. Berry, M. Massey, A. Bridgewater, and S. Harbin to attend 2024 MS Fire Investigators Association Fall Seminar in Natchez, MS on November 6-8, 2024, also authorize to pay registration and travel.   
D) Approval for Ms. Kimberly Ford, 3rd grade Spotlight teacher at Horn Lake Intermediate School, to reserve a pavilion at Conger Park. 11/11/2024 from 11am to 1 pm at no charge.
E) Approval for registration, lodging, and travel for Michael Gross to attend the rescheduled Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) course in Clinton, MS November 5-8, 2024.
F) Approval to enter into an agreement with Keith Payne to serve as the Assignor once again for the 2024-2025 winter youth recreational basketball season.
G) Approval of the proposed sponsorship agreements for facilities at the Civic Center and Renasant Park as well as community program naming rights. Proposed sponsorships are listed below. 
•Sayle Oil
o Will Receive 2 outfield signs at the Civic Center Fields. 
o Three (3) year agreement.  $800 per year.

•Southern Pipe & Supply 
o Will 2 outfield signs at the new Renasant Park Fields.
o Three (3) year agreement. $1,500 per year. 
 
•Lehman Roberts
o Will co-brand naming rights with their affiliated companies to a minimum of 4 non-profit events throughout the year. The non-profit events will be presented in recognition. 
• Events could be a named “Stuff the truck Hernando” presented by Memphis Stone & Gravel” Back to School Bins Presented by Lehman Roberts. 
• Partnership and presented by names will be mutually agreed upon.
o Three (3) year agreement.  $15,000 per year.
H) Approval of the proposed beverage sales agreement between PepsiCo Beverage Sales, LLC and the City of Hernando.
I) Approval for Halo of Hope of North Mississippi, a 501c3 organization, to utilize the Gale Center at no cost from Friday, December 13 to Sunday, December 15, 2024 for a donation drop off and gift pick up for the Angel Tree Christmas program. 
J) Approval to codify the 2-2-2010 grading ordinance into Municode (as required by MDEQ).
K) Approval for The Hill-Hernando Baptist Church to host the S.I.S.T.A.S. Against Breast Cancer Walk/Run on October 26, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with no road closures.
